About 20–25 minutes from Sasquatch Farm
Foster Falls
A 60-foot waterfall, a swimming hole at the base, and the southern trailhead for the 12.5-mile Fiery Gizzard Trail — one of the signature stops in South Cumberland State Park.
Foster Falls sits inside South Cumberland State Park, in the Foster Falls Recreation Area near Sequatchie and Tracy City, Tennessee. A boardwalk leads out to a viewing platform for the main 60-foot cascade, and a short, moderately steep trail drops down to a swimming hole at its base — a favorite cool-off spot on hot Tennessee afternoons. The area is also a well-known destination for sport and rock climbing, thanks to its high-quality sandstone bluffs, and it marks the southern terminus of the 12.5-mile Fiery Gizzard Trail, one of the most highly rated hikes in the state.
